Doral Health & Wellness is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our growing team in Brooklyn. This per diem opportunity is ideal for a dedicated dietitian who is passionate about delivering high-quality nutrition care and supporting patients in making sustainable lifestyle changes. As a Registered Dietitian, you will use your clinical nutrition expertise to help patients understand their health needs and develop personalized, achievable plans.

Our team is looking for a dietitian who is compassionate, motivated, and committed to providing exceptional nutrition education and support. You will work closely with patients and providers to ensure that nutrition recommendations are integrated smoothly into each patient’s treatment plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive nutrition assessments and create individualized dietary plans.
• Educate patients on nutrition, chronic disease management, healthy eating, and long-term lifestyle strategies.
• Collaborate with medical providers to coordinate nutrition care within broader treatment goals.
• Document all nutrition plans, assessments, and progress notes in the EHR/EMR system.
• Provide ongoing guidance to help patients meet their nutrition and wellness objectives.
• Maintain current knowledge of clinical nutrition and evidence-based dietetic practices.
• Uphold compliance standards while performing all duties as a professional dietitian.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
• Active Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) license.
• Prior experience as a dietitian or in a clinical nutrition setting strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems.
