**Per Diem Health Coach
Location: **New York, NY (Onsite).
Schedule: Thursday 11/20 8am-4pm.
Job Type: Per Diem; 1099 Independent Contractor.
Pay Rate: $65/hour.

Job Description:
VitalCheck Wellness, as an independent contractor, is seeking a Health Coach (Registered Dietitian) to provide guidance for employees of a private business in New York, NY. Our office arranges the patient appointments and does the administrative work, giving you the time and luxury to provide care to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct reviews of recent biometric screening assessments.
• Provide 1:1 personalized coaching. Addressing their questions and concerns about results..
• Maintain clients documentation.
• Support clients in other aspects of well-being and lifestyle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nutrition or related field from an accredited school.
• Active license of Registered Dietitian (RD).
• Active BLS certification required.
• At least five years of experience as a Registered Dietitian.
• Expertise in Mindful Eating strongly preferred.
• Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, EMR systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Must be able to commute to New York, NY.
