At Harmonia Collaborative Care, our School-Based Clinicians partner with local schools to support students’ emotional well-being right where they learn. This role is ideal for a clinician who values collaboration, flexibility, and thoughtful, relationship-based care.
• Provide individual and group counseling services to students in school settings
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and Harmonia’s clinical teams
• Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in supervision, consultation, and team collaboration as needed
• Uphold ethical and professional clinical standards
• Hold a master’s degree in a mental health or human services field
• Have an NYS license or permit (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LMFT preferred)
• Have experience working with children or adolescents
• Communicate clearly and work well in collaborative environments
• Value quality care and professional standards
• Flexible per diem scheduling aligned with school calendars
• Supportive leadership and accessible clinical supervision
• Meaningful, community-based work with students and families
• A mission-driven agency grounded in integrity, compassion, and balance
Compensation is based on credentials, licensure, and relevant experience.
