    The PRODUCT MANAGEMENT plays an important role in the future of Perceptyx. As a Sr. Product Manager, you will be responsible for owning a set of core product capabilities in our integrated, platform-enabled solution portfolio as a part of our global product vision. We are looking for your diverse insights and perspectives to contribute to a highly engaged and customer-centric culture. Here you will lead roadmap definition, product creation, expansion, and evolution in the portfolio by understanding market trends, customer needs, and awareness of the competitive landscape.

    What You Will Do:

    • Strategy - Support business strategy by clearly identifying new product enhancements, new revenue opportunities, or product positioning strategies
    • Competitive analysis - Research the market to assess developing market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Leverage competitive assessment to refine product direction and strategy.
    • Product development - Lead the definition and delivery of new product functionality by defining persona-based journeys and use cases. Define roadmaps to communicate high level direction and sequence. Articulate requirements as epics and user stories in collaboration with experience design and engineering. Work with other cross-functional partners to enable deployment to production, support readiness and customer delivery.
    • Go to Market - Collaborate with marketing to define go to market strategies, provide input for sales tools, assets to support pipeline development and customer acquisition. (documentation, marketing materials, user guides, external roadmaps, etc.)
    • Manage offering performance - Measure product capability performance. Understand & influence product P&L, and drivers for product adoption and active use.
    • Regulation - Keep current with compliance and relevant regulations effecting the marketplace and relevant product functionality requirements.

    REQUIREMENTS

    What You Will Bring:

    • BS/BA degree
    • Graduate degree preferred
    • Experience with implementing and/or managing effective SAS-based applications
    • Solid understanding of current and emerging technologies and infrastructures
    • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in product management
    • Attention to detail and organization
    • Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytical skills
    • Ability to influence and coordinate activities of resources outside of direct control
    • Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills for all levels, including Sr. Management
    • Solid knowledge of standard desktop applications, MS Office (Word, XLS, PowerPoint), etc., and Jira.
    • Some travel required
