The chosen LEAD SOFTWARE ENGINEER will have a solid understanding of (and experience with) implementation and protocols of software programming while collaborating with others, building an agile team, and leading change. They will work closely with business stakeholders to help identify opportunities and architect solutions that make him/her a true technology partner.
In addition, they will provide a high level of expertise in the architectural design of business applications; Understand the business objectives, processes, and products. They will also review and validate the detailed technical design for business applications.
