RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from and to people looking to purchase insurance

• Educate potential customers on the range of different coverage options

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Active health insurance license

• Prior experience selling Medicare

• Some customer service, sales, or collections experience in an office setting

• Available for a full-time schedule
