As a Sourcing Specialist, you work alongside our recruiters to help contribute to our expanding business needs. Building talent pipelines, creating successful outreach/engagement strategies, and sourcing for uniquely qualified candidates are just a few activities you’ll be working on as you position Hoag as a premier career destination.

Mining Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Responsible for identifying qualified applicants for hard-to-fill, niche positions and present a diverse candidate slate to support business diversity and inclusion efforts with active and passive candidates.
Eager to build a deeper understanding of clinical and non-clinical roles in the healthcare industry.
QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED
Bachelor’s Degree.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, capable of offering solutions to various challenges that require a degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation, and navigate effectively in a matrix environment. Must be detailed oriented, and proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word,
Proven track record of succeeding in a fast-paced environment.
PREFERRED
1 year minimum of Recruiting or HR experience – healthcare.
Certification(s): PHR, AIRS (CIR, CSSR, ACIR, CSMR, PRC).
Previous experience working in SuccessFactors or other ATS experience.
