    Job Description

    **THIS IS A FULL-TIME LONG-TERM CONTRACT JOB FOR A TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST SITTING FULL REMOTE, WITH POTENTIAL SOME MEETINGS ONSITE. CONTRACT (W2) FULL-TIME WITH BENEFITS OFFERED. (MEDICAL, DENTAL, VISION)

    **MUST BE WITHIN 30 MILES RADIUS OF SITE LOCATION IN ORANGE COUNTY, CA

    **MUST HAVE BACHELOR'S DEGREE.

    We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist (Talent Acquisition Partner) to help attract talent, who match our organization's mission and values.     As a Sourcing Specialist, you work alongside our recruiters to help contribute to our expanding business needs. Building talent pipelines, creating successful outreach/engagement strategies, and sourcing for uniquely qualified candidates are just a few activities you’ll be working on as you position Hoag as a premier career destination.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Understanding the organization's current and future needs.

    • Working in a process-orientated environment, driven by historical and evolving data.

    • Encouraged by individual and team targets

    • Mining Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

    • Responsible for identifying qualified applicants for hard-to-fill, niche positions and present a diverse candidate slate to support business diversity and inclusion efforts with active and passive candidates.

    • Eager to build a deeper understanding of clinical and non-clinical roles in the healthcare industry.

    QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED

    • Bachelor’s Degree.

    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, capable of offering solutions to various challenges that require a degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation, and navigate effectively in a matrix environment. Must be detailed oriented, and proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word,

    • Proven track record of succeeding in a fast-paced environment.

    PREFERRED

    • 1 year minimum of Recruiting or HR experience – healthcare.

    • Certification(s): PHR, AIRS (CIR, CSSR, ACIR, CSMR, PRC).

    • Previous experience working in SuccessFactors or other ATS experience.

    • -CONTRACT for up to 6 months to a year, option to extend
