Peretz & Associates is hiring an associate attorney! Posting below.  Associate Attorney (Full-Time) Peretz & Associates, a plaintiff's civil litigation law firm seeks a motivated, independent, employment litigation attorney for our office. Our firm has 20 years of representing plaintiffs, with an office in downtown San Francisco. We are looking for an associate to join our team with an experience that may range from 0 to 5 years. The caseload consists primarily of employment law cases, but also cases involving real estate and business disputes. The position involves direct client work, discovery, depositions, mediations, assisting at trial, and court appearances. We offer a flexible work environment, including full remote work, if preferable. This is an excellent opportunity for an associate looking for independent work and the opportunity to take initiative and grow their skills. ABILITY to:

• Propound and respond to written discovery.

• Draft and respond to pleadings and motions.

• Assist with depositions.

• Second chair trials and arbitrations.

• Work effectively and with little supervision. REQUIRED Skills and Experience:

• 0 to 5 years’ litigation experience, preferably experience as a plaintiff employment attorney.

• Excellent written and organizational skills.

• Proven ability to prioritize litigation workload and manage time.

• Excellent time management skills to comply with court deadlines
