Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Wholesale Account Executive/Account Manager at Perfect Holiday. As a Wholesale Account Executive, you will be responsible for lead generation, account management, communication, relationship building, and customer service. You will work closely with our wholesale clients to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
· Identify and prospect potential wholesale clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
· Manage and cultivate relationships with existing wholesale accounts, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns
· Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
· Present and promote our product line to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition and benefits of our offerings
· Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and meet or exceed sales targets
· Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with wholesale clients to secure profitable agreements
· Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients
· Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
· Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients
· Generate sales reports and provide regular updates on sales performance to management
· Attend trade shows – Required
Qualifications
· Strong skills in lead generation and account management
· Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
· Dedication to providing outstanding customer service
· Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
· A detail-oriented and organized approach to work
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
· Prior experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred
· Knowledge of holiday products and the wholesale industry is a plus
· Prior experience in trade shows is A MUST. (Do not apply if you do not have this experience).
