A PERFECT candidate is confident, friendly and out-going. This role is all about helping clients make informed decisions on purchases of heating and air conditioning systems. No industry specific experience is needed to become a rock star HVAC Design Consultant at Perfect! You bring a love for helping others and a willingness to follow a process and we will provide you all the support and training necessary to be a top performer. 

 HOURS

• Full time, salary position
• Availability between the hours of 8am-8pm
• Rotational weekends

COMPENSATION

• Market competitive salary
• Uncapped commissions

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree or work experience equivalent (Sales, Journeyman would qualify)
• Able to pass a background check and drug test
• Proven track record in operations
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to go into contained areas such as crawl spaces and attics
