    Perfect Plumbing, Heating & Air is looking for an upbeat, technical savvy HVAC APPRENTICE to join our local team here in Boise!     HOURS

    • Year Round Employment
    • Consistent hours (typically 40 hours a week, more during seasonal peaks)
    • Availability between the hours of 8:00 am - 8:00 pm

    COMPENSATION

    • Base pay: $10 - $25, depending on amount of schooling/experience
    • Uncapped performance based incentives (some apprentices take home $3,000+ in BONUSES)

    REQUIREMENTS

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Able to pass a background check and drug test
    • Strong computer skills
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
    • Able to go into contained areas such as crawl spaces and attics

    Roll-With-It: You roll-with-the-punches and come up with creative solutions to problems that keep our customers happy. You diffuse complaints before they become bigger issues and identify solutions that are appropriate and fair to all parties involved. Know-It-All: You call your customers by name and compliment them on their recent visit to the salon. How did you remember? Because you make it a point to go above and beyond! You get that we treat our customers like family. You understand that we're building something big here and you want to represent our company in a positive manner. The Professional: You understand that becoming a Journeyman is a 4 year process that involves schooling and on-the-job training. You study hard and accept the resources available so you can become a master at your craft. Mr. Green: You understand that you're green (“new”) and ask your lead technician how you can help out. You are eager to tackle new assignments and work your way towards “training your trainer” on how to complete an installation. When you get stuck, you know you can call any one of our incredible training staff members to help you out. Coachable: When you are given feedback you take it and run because you want to win. You know that the more you invest in us, the more we'll invest in you!
