If you answered “yes” to these questions, then you're exactly who we're looking for in our CSR position! We need strong candidates who don't mind being on the phone. As a member of our CSR team, you're the voice of the company. We want our clients around the Treasure Valley to feel confident when they choose Perfect Plumbing, Heating & Air and that means making a great first impression. Any previous call center experience is a huge plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
The primary job duty of a CSR is to contact existing customers after a service visit or installation has been performed to ensure customer satisfaction and receive feedback. You will also be fielding inbound calls, scheduling, and maintaining our customer database.
SHIFTS/HOURS
In the CSR position, your work hours will be assigned various shifts with some flexibility. Call center hours are Monday through Saturday from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm. We have both full and part time positions available. We are looking for a willingness to work evenings and overtime as needed.
COMPENSATION
Base pay starts at $14 per hour with the opportunity to quickly advance to $16. We also offer uncapped bonus incentives starting on your first day of employment! We also have compensated on-call rotation.
REQUIREMENTS
A high school diploma or GED and the ability to pass a background check and drug test.
