Job Description

Essential Duties:

·         Lead onboarding of new/maintenance of existing D2C & PurePlay retailers such as Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com, Kroger.com including EDI or API integrations, new item setup, ongoing error handling & escalation to developer resources, etc.

·         Facilitate creation/setup of new eCommerce items, bundles, LTOs, etc. in collaboration with the new product development and packaging configuration teams leveraging Wrike

·         Partner w/ Forecasting team to create Dashboard reporting that enables this role to create a streamline order review process.  The Power BI management will include 3PL partners, Netsuite data, Shipwise data sources that will enable this role to work cross functionally. 

·         Oversee month end close for eCommerce channels, working with operations & finance on small parcel 3PL billing accruals, inventory reconciliation, AR/AP issues & management reporting. 

·         Partner with consumer experience, operations & quality to prioritize re-shipments, identify patterns in reason detail for shipment errors, and implement corrective actions at 3PLs to lower R&A costs.

·         Work with Inventory control team to allocate inventory between 3PL sites, provide early identification of potential out of stocks, aging product replacement and serve as final reviewer for proposed inbound inventory shipments.

·         Manage Inventory allocation between platforms reflecting latest sales volume/channel. This will also include internal orders through Shopify.

·         Oversee Product/Packaging Inventory Management, forecasting and allotment across all channels.

·         Lead weekly operation meetings with 3PLs to consumer feedback trends, inventory levels, any system or operation changes. Develop and manage month scorecard to track KPIs.  

·         Recommend and initiate optimizations that drive operational efficiencies and/or an enhanced customer experience, collaborating with 3PL Manager & Operations functional leads on CI projects as needed.

Qualifications

Skills / Qualification / Education:

·         2-5 years supporting fulfillment/orders to cash process for a multi-channel 3PL drop-ship eCommerce business with preference for cold chain CPG experience

·          Proven ability to translate high level forecasts into by item by location demand plans 

·          Experience setting up and/or troubleshooting EDI/API connections as a business process owner (developer experience not required) 

·          Experience with Shopify, Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, ERP (NetSuite & Celigo preferred), Shipwise, General business acumen including understanding of accrual accounting 

·          Experience with Order Fulfillment process (pick/pack, inventory management), Warehousing/transportation, and strong knowledge of Operations/Supply Chain 

·          Strong Microsoft Excel skills and used to working with large datasets.  Familiarity w/ Power BI or other data visualization tools preferred.

·          Ability to be entrepreneurial and methodical

·          Results-oriented and process driven, with high expectations of self and team 

·          Collaborative mindset with strength in effectively receiving and communicating feedback
