    Accounts Payable Specialist - Hybrid - Temp-to-Hire - Petaluma - $36 to $42/hour

    Immediate need for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to assist with accounts payables (A/P), payroll, and general accounting. Prior consumer packaged goods (CPG) experience and familiarity with Microsoft D365 (Dynamics 365) is preferred.

    • Schedule : Full-time, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility on hours
    • Duration : 3+ months, temp-to-hire
    • Hybrid : Work from home 3-4 days per week. Must be able to work onsite in Petaluma on Wednesdays and some Mondays.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process AP invoices, including 3-way PO matching, obtaining approvals, and exporting ACH payments
    • Reconcile AP statements from suppliers
    • Update weekly AP aging
    • Set up new suppliers
    • Bank and credit card reconciliations
    • Payroll assistance in reviewing timecard punches for completion and accuracy, and obtaining approvals
    • Ad hoc accounting duties

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of high volume Accounts Payable experience
    • MS Dynamics 365 D365 or MS Dynamics, Navision experience preferred
    • Technically savvy with strong Excel skills
    • ADP payroll experience preferred
