The Sales Manager at Perfecto Capital plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the success of our sales team. As a key member of the leadership team, the Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, setting and achieving sales targets, and motivating and coaching the sales team to deliver exceptional results. The Sales Manager will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to identify market opportunities, develop effective sales strategies, and ensure seamless execution. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, enhance the client experience, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, a deep understanding of the real estate financing industry, and strong leadership and communication skills. Compensation: • Salary: $80,000 • Quarterly Bonuses: Up to $70,000 annual Benefits: • Dental Insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Real Estate Investment Opportunities • Participation in private 11% returns • Paid time off • Vision insurance Responsibilities: • Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive performance and foster a positive work environment. • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and regulations. • Find and execute multifaceted strategies for growing the overall loan volume. • Manage day-to-day human capital operations including hiring, promoting, firing, disciplining, motivating, and coaching teams. • Expand and improve each position’s training manuals, workflow, and onboarding process. • Continually look for new markets, segments, and outside growth opportunities. • Collaborate with the sales department to optimize business-to-business growth with wholesalers, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, real estate coaches, teachers, and experts. • Emphasis on the sales department by tracking call hours, listening in, coaching, role-playing, training, setting standards, and evaluating progress. • Streamline processes and procedures and reduce unwanted redundancies to optimize productivity and enhance the client experience. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions and improve operational workflows. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and affiliates to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform decision-making and strategic planning. • Oversee the training for existing sales associates (new and experienced) in key areas of business. • Lead sales and business meetings. • Manage staff to acceptable professionalism and job performance. • Research competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete. • Facilitate regular sales meetings. • Conduct performance reviews of staff and associates. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the financial services or real estate industry. • Proven experience managing teams/employees. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and implement change initiatives. • Basic understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards. • Proficiency in technology and software systems, with experience in CRM and project management tools preferred. • Extraordinary people skills. • Leadership, management, and team-building skills. • Goal setting, planning, accountability skills. • Problem-solving skills. • Proactive, positive attitude. • Career development and training skills. • Top-producing sales success track record in the recent past.
