ACCOUNT MANAGER
** 1ST YEAR OTE OF $50K WITH UNCAPPED COMMISSION STRUCTURE **
PerfecTress US Inc. is a leader in the Hair Extension industry, and we’re seeking a motivated sales professional to join our in-house sales team located in CHERRY HILL, NJ. This candidate will become an integral team member that is an expert in managing and fostering client relationships.
ACCOUNT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
o Manage customer accounts by tracking & increasing sales of individual salons within the territory assigned to you.
o Employee is responsible to open 7 new accounts, reactivate 13 existing accounts, and grow their independent territories. (If sales objectives are met, employee will receive 10% of their overall sales).
o Maintain existing accounts by offering incentives and promotions.
o Provide EXCELLENT customer service and phone support for any questions or concerns customers may have.
o Effectively resolve customer issues that may arise.
o Deliver exceptional support to our partnered distributors and their sales consultants.
o Follow-up with hot leads, generate sales reports and other administrative tasks as assigned.
ACCOUNT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
**Candidates who do not meet the below requirements will not be considered.
o PROVEN SUCCESSFUL TRACK RECORD IN SALES, AND AMPLE EXPERIENCE IN HIGH VOLUME PHONE SALES.
o MUST BE EXPERIENCED IN CRM (OR A SIMILAR SALES BASED SYSTEM)
o A PROFESSIONAL DEMEANOR AND APPEARANCE IS A MUST.
o MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS PROFESSIONAL SALES EXPERIENCE.
o Proven ability to establish and maintain client relationships
o Proficient in QuickBooks Enterprise, Microsoft Word and Excel. (preferred)
o Possess strong and effective verbal and written communication skills.
o EXCELLENT organizational and time management skills.
o Works well independently and as part of a team.
o Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
o Outgoing personality and great interpersonal skills.
HIGHLIGHTS:
o Monday-Friday work schedule. No weekends!

o Base pay plus Commission. Starting at $17+ (pay is negotiable and will be commensurate with experience). Account Manager will be managing a portfolio of $300,000+ in sales and will receive 10% if monthly sales objectives are met (see above job responsibilities for specific objectives).
o Earning potential $60,000+ annually based on sales success rate, employees will be entitled to commission and bonuses.
