    PERSONAL TRAINING DIRECTOR - Competitive Pay and Large Growth Potential.

    We are seeking a highly motivated salesperson to join our team of fitness professionals. Team members are successful in this role when they understand and appreciate the importance of sales, have a desire and drive to achieve, and can effectively reach and surpass company standards. If appropriate, this salesperson could facilitate 1-on-1 personal training for additional hourly and ongoing earnings. Our model is such that provides realistic sales expectations based on historical performance without limiting earning potential by surpassing those expectations by achieving higher goals. We have an extensive training protocol to prepare and provide ongoing support for our sales team members and personal trainers through workshops and trainings dedicated to sales-development, management tactics, customer service and personal training (programming, coaching, client management, etc.). Main Role Responsibilities include but not limited to:

    1. Sales & Location Management - monthly goals and company developed systemized approach- Learn and work our system to work leads, set appointments, and close appointments- Customer retention through sales, customer service, trainer relationship/management- Consistently meet all monthly goals- Monthly virtual meeting for all sales (15-30 minutes)- Weekly virtual meetings with GM (15-30 minute)2) Personal Training - build to approximately/average of 20 hr/week- Program and facilitate personal training for a primary client roster- Science-based programming with thorough data tracking to record progressions and periodization of individual client programs- Manage primary client roster to ensure scheduling, programming, accounts are of PFT standard- Monthly virtual "Trainer Development Meetings" with entire team (30 minutes)3) Miscellaneous- Each location Director assists with gathering location imagery and written content for marketing purposes and/or utilizing their unique technical or soft skills to enhance the overall company marketing reach and growth.

    Your Schedule:

    • Will require a version of an industry-standard split-shift. Generally 7/9 am start - 6/8 pm finish with flexibility within the timeframes

    Preferred Requires & Skills:

    • Sales experience

    • Management experience - Personal training certification/CPR/AED

    Compensation & Perks:- $18/hour for personal training- Commission on all sales made individually - Commission on location overall monthly sales

    • Overall earning potential could range from 35,000-60,000+ per year as commission earnings are not capped- Free gym membership-Flexible schedule
