JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for hands-on management of paid media and search campaigns that drive direct-to-consumer growth across Jack Link’s and its portfolio of brands. This role leads execution across Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, SEM, and emerging channels, including TikTok Shop as part of a broader acquisition strategy. Working closely with CRM, retail media, social media, and DTC site teams, this person connects acquisition, retention, and conversion efforts into a cohesive growth engine. Reporting to the Director of DTC and Performance Media, the role is accountable for achieving CAC, ROAS, and LTV goals while building scalable playbooks that can be applied across multiple brands.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an Team Member encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The work environment is a plant/office setting with varying degrees of temperatures and noise levels. Exposure to manufacturing equipment movement and wet/slippery floors. However, the vast amount of work is conducted in a climate-controlled office. Travel may be required.

Additional Information
The salary range for this role is $ 110,000 – $130,000 (Annually). Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, and candidate skill set and experience. Base pay is just one component of Jack Link’s Total Rewards package for Team Members. Other rewards may include annual incentive and program-specific awards.
