We're now looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growth team and help us—and our clients—get better results across all major paid channels.
About the Role
As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Cropink, you'll be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing cross-channel performance campaigns. You'll work across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest , and other relevant platforms—always with a data-driven, test-and-learn mindset.
You'll also support Cropink clients by offering strategic advice, sharing insights from campaigns, and helping them get the most out of our platform. On top of that, you'll work with our content and product teams to shape education materials, blog posts, and in-app features based on real performance marketing know-how.
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize full-funnel paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, and other channels
- Analyze performance across platforms and campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and other KPIs
- Test creatives, copy variations, audiences, and landing pages across multiple channels
- Collaborate with our design and product teams to align creative output with data-backed insights
- Build campaign reports and share clear growth recommendations internally and externally
- Provide strategic input and platform-specific expertise to selected Cropink clients
- Support the content team by contributing expert knowledge to blog articles, guides, and case studies
- Stay on top of performance trends, channel updates, and platform changes
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing across multiple paid platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest)
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, creative strategy, targeting, and optimization
- Experience with Dynamic Product Ads (DPAs), product feeds, and creative testing frameworks
- Analytical mindset—you know how to read data and make smart decisions from it
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both creative and technical teams
- Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or DTC environments
Nice to Have
- Experience with ad creative platforms like Cropink, Marpipe, or Hunch
- Familiarity with Figma or collaborative design tools
- Knowledge of attribution tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Triple Whale, Northbeam)
- Previous work in marketing content creation, education, or SaaS growth teams
