About the Role We’re looking for a professional, detail-oriented, and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive periodontal maintenance and hygiene care, including scaling, root planing, and implant maintenance.
Support and educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and long-term health strategies.
Collaborate with the doctor and surgical team to provide seamless, high-quality treatment.
Maintain accurate charting, sterilization, and infection-control protocols.
Assist with interdisciplinary communication with referring dentists and specialists when needed.
Qualifications
Current Maryland Dental Hygiene License.
Experience in periodontics, implants, or surgical practices preferred.
Excellent communication, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Comfort with digital charting, intraoral cameras, and advanced instrumentation.
Warm, patient-centered approach with a genuine passion for education and prevention.
