We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for plastic surgery and aesthetic surgical care to join our growing surgical team. This role is ideal for an RN who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven, and patient-centered surgical environment and is eager to develop expertise in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.

The Surgical RN will play a vital role across the perioperative continuum, including Pre-Operative care, Circulating Nurse responsibilities, and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) recovery.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Operative Nursing

Conduct thorough pre-operative assessments, chart reviews, and patient education

Verify consents, surgical plans, labs, and required documentation

Prepare patients for surgery while providing calm, compassionate reassurance

Circulating Nurse (OR)

Serve as the primary patient advocate in the operating room

Maintain sterile technique and ensure adherence to safety protocols

Assist surgeons and anesthesia providers throughout procedures

Document intraoperative care accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards

PACU / Recovery

Monitor patients during immediate post-anesthesia recovery

Manage pain control, nausea, and post-operative assessments

Provide discharge education and ensure safe transitions of care
