SUMMARY OF POSITION As a Host/Cashier, you’re the first and last person our guests see during their visit. You will play an important role in providing outstanding customer service while maintaining a friendly and inviting atmosphere for our guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Greets and seats guests upon arrival, maintaining a waitlist as needed

Sells bakery items and merchandise, including gift cards

Ensures the host station and other areas stay clean and stocked throughout the shift

Takes and packages to-go orders, ensuring accuracy of the orders, and takes payments from guests

All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Prior host/cashier experience is a plus, but not required

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods
