The Role
Optigy is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN physician to join a collaborative and well-supported practice providing full-scope OB and GYN services. This is a great opportunity for a physician interested in practicing in a rural-style setting with big system resources.
• Schedule: Traditional workweek + rounding and hospital responsibilities
• On-Call: 1:6 ratio (shared equitably) including weekends
• Volume: 20–25 patients/day
• Facilities Include:
o 20-bed LDR unit with a spa-like atmosphere
o Level II NICU onsite (additional access to Level III+ NICU at nearby campus)
o State-of-the-art Da Vinci XI & SI robotic systems
• Support Services: MFM, Gyn Onc, CNMs, Genetic Counselors, Neonatologists, and 24/7 CRNA Anesthesia
• Practice Setting: Clinic, rounds, hospital
• EMR: EPIC with DAX
• Start Date: ASAP

Compensation & Perks:
• Floating Base Salary: Up to $374,662
• Additional Incentives:

Requirements:
• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (must become BC within 3 years)
• Full-time commitment; not open to part-time, locums, or 1099
• Must live within 1 hour of the practice
• Not accepting candidates with lapsed board certification
