    Job Description

    SUMMARY:  Manages sales activities of the organization by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate leaders.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
    • Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
    • Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.
    • Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program.
    • May, from time to time, deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives.
    • Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units.
    • Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
    • Prepares sales report for executive management meetings.
    • Supervise the design and implementation of the marketing plan, the generation of new business, and the estimating and pricing of new business and the pricing of engineering changes.
    • Help in the development of the overall annual budget.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s preferred
    • 10+ years of Sales Leadership experience
    • Current Sr. Director/ Vice President of Sales
    • Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships
    • International experience a plus (LATAM, Asia)
