Job Description
David Weekley Homes is seeking to add an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Permit Coordinator to our Tampa Division. The Permit Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our operations team by managing the residential permitting process for designated communities and serving as the primary point of contact with local municipalities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple permits and deadlines simultaneously. Experience in residential homebuilding and a solid understanding of the permitting process are strongly preferred.
