    Permitting & Data Specialist – Administrative Support

    Location: Temecula, California

    Compensation: $20 - $23 per hour + Bonus Opportunities

    Is This You?

    Must have experience applying for permits.

    You are highly organized—do all your coffee cups’ handles point the same way?

    You have 2-5 years of administrative or clerical experience

    You can juggle multiple projects with precision and speed

    You have a "YES mentality" and love finding solutions

    You thrive in a fast-paced environment and work with urgency

    You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

    You enjoy problem-solving and keeping projects on track and on time

    You are tech-savvy and can navigate databases, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office

    Bilingual skills are a plus

    What You’ll Be Doing

    Permitting & Data Entry: Work with city portals to apply for and track permits

    Team Coordination: Support the permit and inspection teams with daily administrative tasks

    Organizing & Processing: Maintain accurate digital and physical records

    Customer & Contractor Support: Respond to permit-related inquiries with speed and accuracy

    Administrative Support: Assist with emails, research, documentation, and phone calls

    Problem-Solving: Quickly adapt to changing needs and deadlines

    Any other duties as requested by your Manager
