** Position Overview:**
Under general supervision, this position performs office support and administrative duties requiring customer service skills and prior computer experience. Work in this classification involves performing clerical tasks that vary in complexity, detail, and method. Assignments are carried out under supervision, and decisions requiring changes to established policies or procedures are referred to the supervisor. This position is classified as a non-essential personnel classification for Emergency Response. This means that during an emergency response the position's roles are not immediately necessary for emergency response or critical continuity operations.

Education and Experience
High School graduate or equivalent. Requires one year of general clerical experience and one to two years of customer service experience. Demonstrates a minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute. Possesses other combinations of experience and education that may be substituted provided the minimum requirements are met.
Licenses of Certifications
Must possess a valid Mississippi Driver's License.
