What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll play a critical part in supporting our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical teams by ensuring permits, inspections, and project documentation are handled accurately and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the permit and inspection process from start to finish

Following up with city offices and related agencies

Assisting with scheduling project-related appointments

Communicating directly and professionally with customers regarding inspections and project details

Maintaining accurate data entry and organized digital records

Supporting managers and technicians with timely, reliable information

Collaborating effectively with all departments within the company

Working a dependable Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM schedule

Your attention to detail ensures our field teams can move quickly and confidently — without delays.

What We’re Looking For · Experience with residential HVAC, plumbing, electrical permitting, or a similar service-based industry preferred · Strong administrative background with excellent follow-up skills · Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) · Experience using Dropbox and the ability to learn new software quickly · Organized, focused, and dependable in a fast-paced environment · Enthusiastic, approachable, and confident communicator

Candidates selected for consideration will complete computer-based assessments evaluating basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
