Job description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer service is our top priority and we are looking for an individual who can give exceptional customer service while building relationships with our local community. At this time for this position, we are wanting an individual to help with answering phones, making appointments and help our daily flow in a fast growing new business.
Answering phone calls in a professional matter and provide daily reports of calls made
Be able to show up to work on time and be ready to work everyday
Confirming all appointments for installations
Experience with permitting for mechanical, electrical and gas permits is a plus!
Keep the office area organized
Put away inventory stock as received and ensure work areas are clean and operational
Maintain a professional relationship with co-workers and vendors.
Experience with Microsoft Office
Be able to learn quickly to new and changing things within our company
Experience with multi-line phones is preferred but not required.
Any other duties as assigned by management
