    ABOUT THE ROLE:

    You'll gain first-hand experience in sales & marketing campaigns and directly assist in bringing our event campaigns to life. Our events are fast-paced, fun, vibrant & competitive - similar to sports but without the equipment. The events run daily at predetermined locations during normal opening hours. You'll be learning and applying basic sales, marketing, client relations, customer satisfaction, and branding techniques while having some fun along the way. Our events are located within venues across the Philadelphia region so you will be working on a face to face basis for a more personal approach. Duties of the role include:

    • Learning basic sales, customer service, and consumer relations skills
    • Working with customers face-to-face at different retail establishments 
    • Setting up retail-based kiosks and pop-up events with branded materials
    • Engaging with local people about our clients' products/services/reputation
    • Answering general questions and providing basic customer service 
    • Telling stories about the brand or other customers to entice people
    • Closing a few sales, aiming to achieve 90-100%  customer retention
    • Teaching and training others if interested and necessary
