Research and Development/ Quality Assurance Summer Internship 2025 (Oakland)
Overview of Responsibilities:
The R&D Intern will assist the research and development in day to day activities. As an Intern you can expect to gain valuable experience and insight into the workings of food manufacturing environment. At conclusion of Internship you are expected to prepare a final presentation on the results of your assigned project(s) and will present your findings to members of the Corporate management team.

Required Experience
- Master’s degree required
- Minimum of 7 years of related experience in a fast paced complex operational non-profit environment, preference for Higher Education experience and fundraising experience
- Experience directly managing global programs
- Experience with growing net revenue, creating value, and program marketing
- Strong leadership, collaboration, project management, problem-solving, change management and influencing skills
- Experience serving as an operational and strategic advisor to a senior leadership team
- Exceptional analytical, interpersonal and communication skills including verbal and written communication across all levels in an organization
- Thinks qualitatively as well as quantitatively to produce high quality of work reflecting attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to set and monitor priorities to meet deadlines, and with ability to champion innovation and act with urgency in service to BU’s vision and mission
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL, and Power BI, as well as other statistical and data visualization tools preferred
- Ability and willingness to travel
