COSMETIC MEDICAL TRAINER

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Persimmon.life is a venture capital funded startup building a national brand in the medical aesthetics industry. Our unique business model allows customers to book a nurse to visit the customers' home to provide beauty treatments like Botox, Fillers and the like. We are currently operating across the San Francisco Bay Area but are initiating a national roll out over the coming months. Persimmon will become a valuable company with thousands of nurses engaged across the country.

We are looking for a few excellent cosmetic medical training nurses to join our clinical training team. You will be working without our existing trainers and nurse leaders to interview, train and activate new nurses joining the Persimmon medical aesthetics platform.

Position Requirements

• Interview new nurses that want to join Persimmon
• Discuss process, benefits, and requirements for success
• Deliver in-person clinical and theoretical training to new nurses every week
• Assist in the creation of new nurse training materials where necessary
• Attend ‘mentored nurse events' to provide oversight in the delivery of medical aesthetic treatments from newly graduated nurses

Qualifications and experience

• PA, RN or NP qualifications and in good standing
• Extensive experience with medical aesthetics including injecting
• An outgoing, kind, and engaging personality
• Willing to go the extra mile to help nurses achieve confidence and proficiency
• Have a positive attitude and team spirit – we like to enjoy our work!
