    Do you remember your first job? How stressful it was to learn everything? Imagine how much easier it would have been if you had someone by your side—guiding, encouraging, and showing you the ropes.

    That’s exactly what a Job Coach does. At My Path 2 Work, you’ll support people with disabilities in learning their jobs, building confidence, and thriving in the workplace. Your wrk will empower individuals while creating more inclusive workplaces across our community.

    WAGE: $25/hr

    SCHEDULE: Varies but may require working on weekends and evenings.

    Benefits:

    \- Annual raises

    What You’ll Do

    • Support individuals with disabilities in a variety of workplaces (cafés, offices, warehouses, retail, etc.)
    • Teach tasks step by step and adapt training to each person’s learning style
    • Encourage independence and problem-solving while celebrating achievements
    • Partner with employers to create inclusive, supportive environments
    • Provide advocacy and guidance while helping clients reach their goals

      Requirements

      • Must be at least 18 years old
      • Must pass a criminal background check
      • Must have the ability to maintain reliable transportation
      • Must be able to provide transportation for clients when needed
