About the Role:

Glory to Glory Support Services LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Person Support professional to join our growing team in Tampa, FL. Responsibilities:

Provide direct, person-centered support to individuals in daily living activities

Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, and daily routines as needed

Encourage independence and skill-building in everyday tasks

Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes for each individual served

Communicate effectively with supervisors, family members, and care team members

Transport and accompany clients to appointments, activities, and community outings

Respond appropriately to behavioral or medical situations following established protocols

Requirements:

Prior experience in direct support, caregiving, or human services preferred

Genuine compassion and patience when working with individuals needing support

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to pass a background screening and meet state compliance requirements

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

High school diploma or GED required
