Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Support to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answer incoming chats, return customer requests for calls, and respond to customer email.
• Assist customers with inquiries, providing accurate & timely responses.
• Research customer issues and document findings.
• Perform basic and advanced troubleshooting to resolve customer issues.
• Document new feature requests and champion their implementation.
• Participate in quality assurance testing.
• Additional responsibilities, duties, and projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proficient to Microsoft Windows (Desktop/Server) operating systems and Microsoft Office products.
• Microsoft Windows Server series management skill is plus.
• Broad IT knowledge of printer, networking devices, computer hardware is required.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Can efficiently and effectively deliver succinct, direct assistance
to customers on a wide range of topics.
• Understands client needs, identifies root causes of problems, and develops and implements creative and pragmatic
solutions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills – must possess ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks
simultaneously.
• Ability to cope with multiple deadlines, and working under pressure.
• Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with fellow co-workers.
• Ability to multitask.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Creative problem solving skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
• Experience with QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
