We’re searching for an organizational wizard to provide administrative support. As the team leader's personal assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting and elevating her personal and professional efficiency. You’ll answer phone calls, manage emails, schedule meetings, run errands, arrange travel, keep track of important paperwork, research topics and provide information, draft/edit documents, and assist with other duties as needed. Responsibilities: • Your capability to curate an efficient and personalized workspace, along with ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, is crucial to enhancing their overall experience and productivity • Manage and organize the team leader's personal and professional calendar, ensuring all appointments and commitments are well-coordinated • Handle incoming communications, emails, and phone calls, providing timely responses and filtering information as necessary • Assist in personal tasks, errands, and/or other day-to-day responsibilities to optimize the team leader's time • Draft and edit various documents, emails, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Qualifications: • Demonstrates ability to use Microsoft Office • Take the initiative to finish tasks responsibly • Prior work experience as a personal assistant, executive secretary, executive assistant, administrative assistant, or related job experience performing personal assistant duties • Great time management skills as well as both written and verbal communication skills • Applicants must have graduated high school or equivalent Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
