    Hi! I'm the CEO of a large cannabis company who spends most of my time and energy on my professional life. As a result, when it comes to personal tasks and responsibilities, I could use some help with getting routine tasks done and staying on track with personal goals. In this role, you'll be interacting directly with me on a week-to-week basis. The commitment will require up to 10 hours per week and is partially remote and partially onsite at my condo in the Mission District in San Francisco. The first half of this role involves arriving at my place in the Mission District at 7:30am up to four work days per week (depending on my travel schedule) to make sure I get up and exercise, review any outstanding tasks together, and do some light cleaning and organizing of the apartment (approximately one hour). The second half involves assisting with various personal- and home-related tasks. Some possibilities include: * Project manage any home repair or maintenance tasks, such as appliance repair, hanging art, minor repairs around the house, etc. Find and compare well-reviewed contractors, schedule the repair, be onsite as needed, and ensure the work is done well. * Selling something I no longer need - put it on Craigslist or Offerup (in these situations you may be compensated with a commission as well). * Help research an upcoming personal vacation or work trip. * Reorganize a closet or personal space. * Take care of any outstanding routine tasks (paying one-off bills, renewing car registration, replacing air or water filters, etc.). * Take my car to get detailed. * Doing and folding laundry. * Other routine errands such as dry cleaning, making sure the kitchen or house is stocked with certain items, etc. How do you know if you're right for this role? * You love to learn and improve over time. * You are proactive, punctual, and have high standards for your work. * You enjoy organizing things physically and making them go 'in their right place.' * You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. * You're comfortable using collaborative task-management software (eg. Asana,, Airtable, etc.). * You are creative and effective at figuring out how to solve problems you haven't solved before. * You're trustworthy with a strong moral compass, and you have references that can attest to your ability to handle sensitive information. * You are comfortable nagging people to follow-up and get things done (this can include nagging me too!). * Optional: * You are able to perform basic handyman tasks such as hanging pictures and minor repairs. * You have knowledge and experience with nutrition and exercise programs and would enjoy putting together a plan and helping someone adhere to that plan. Additionally, if you are curious about learning about the cannabis industry or the tech industry (where I spent the first 10 years of my career cofounding a large public company), we can set aside some time each week for mentorship and discussion about your own personal goals and how to achieve them. A little about me - I'm in my 30's, have lived in San Francisco for nearly 15 years, am a big foodie, and love my job. Since covid lockdowns I've gotten into cycling and EDM, usually at the same time. Happy to cover more and answer specific questions during the interview process. Compensation is $35 per hour for around 10 hours per week of work, with 5 hours guaranteed (so if you work less than 5 hours in a given week, you still get paid for 5).
