    Job Description

    Job Title: Personal Assistant to Talent Manager (confidential company)

    Location: Hybrid (combination of in-person/near Encino and remote work)

    About the Role:

    We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant to support a Talent Executive in the day-to-day management of high-profile clients. This is a hands-on, fast-paced, entry-level opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in an organized, dynamic environment. Must be VERY detail oriented and always be thinking one step ahead.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support toTalent Executive, including scheduling, email and phone correspondence, and calendar management.

    • Track client projects, submissions, and meetings.

    • Prepare and edit pitch materials, presentations, and client decks.

    • Coordinate travel, events, and logistics as needed.

    • Maintain client databases, contact lists, and industry records.

    • Stay informed on entertainment news, trends, and client activities.

    • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

    • Contribute to a positive and professional client experience.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

    • Prior administrative experience in entertainment, management, or a related field is a plus.

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, Tech Savvy with an understanding AI and know when and where to implement it.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.

    • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.


    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Annual Salary: $60,000 (paid [biweekly/semi-monthly])

    • Classification: Exempt, salary-based position (not eligible for overtime pay)

    • Work Schedule: Hybrid (in-person and remote days)

    • Performance Review: Six-month evaluation to assess progress and growth

    • Benefits:

      • Eligible to participate in the company’s 401(k) Retirement Savings Program after one year of continuous employment (subject to plan terms)

      • Two (2) weeks of paid vacation after one year of employment

      • No health, dental, or vision insurance at this time
