We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of executive activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.
Responsibilities
Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
Organize and prioritize emails and other communications
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed
Maintain confidential records and files
Liaise with internal departments and external contacts on behalf of executives
Monitor deadlines and follow up on action items
Handle a variety of administrative tasks to support smooth workflow
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
