Responsibilities
Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for executives and team members
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain accurate documentation
Handle incoming communications and respond or route messages appropriately
Assist with organizing reports, files, and administrative documentation
Support daily operational tasks and ensure priorities are properly managed
Arrange travel logistics, meeting coordination, and internal scheduling needs
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Assist with general office coordination and administrative organization
