We're looking for a right-hand assistant who can handle the full spectrum of supporting a busy luxury real estate agent - from real estate tasks like booking showings, creating social media content, and managing house flip budgets, to personal assistant duties like errands, appointments, and household coordination. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll learn luxury real estate from the inside while supporting $700k-$3M transactions and active house flips. We need someone tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and unflappable who can juggle multiple priorities, solve problems independently, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves (yes, you'll fill up gas tanks and meet contractors). Real estate license is a plus but not required - we value hustle, organization, and attitude over credentials. Responsibilities: • Plan meetings, take notes and distributing meeting minutes to ensure we stay organized • Perform other duties as assigned • Answer phone calls and emails and relay important messages to increase our productivity • Pick up deliveries and run errands as needed • Manage flip house expenses • Set up open houses • Create social media content • Book and coordinate showings Qualifications: • Ability to work independently • Superb time management skills and communication skills, written and verbal • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Previous work experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, executive assistant, or related job experience, such as business administration • Applicants must have graduated high school or equivalent Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
