    Personal Assistant

    The Personal Assistant plays a dual role, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations while providing high-level administrative support to the CEO and occasional support to the CFO. This role is a Hybrid Role based out of our Charlottesville Office.

    Key Responsibilities

    Office Management:

    • Manage office supplies, vendors, and facility maintenance
    • Organize company meetings, events, and internal communications
    • Manage budgets, invoices, and expense tracking

    Personal Assistant:

    • Manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and priorities
    • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes
    • Handle confidential correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO
    • Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents
    • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
    • Filing and administration of financial documents, and coordination of necessary materials between offices
    • Assist with strategic projects and follow-ups on key initiatives worked on with CFO

    Skills & Qualifications

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • High level of discretion and confidentiality
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
    • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
    • Experience supporting senior executives or C-level leaders preferred

    Preferred Background

    • French Speaking
    • 3+ years in office management, executive assistance, or finance/admin support roles
