    Overview

    The Connexa Search group is working with a private organization seeking a highly capable Personal Assistant to support a senior individual in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. This role requires exceptional discretion, strong judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and confidence. The Personal Assistant will provide hands-on support across scheduling, logistics, and day-to-day needs while maintaining strict confidentiality.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive personal and administrative support to a senior individual
    • Manage complex and frequently changing calendars, appointments, and schedules
    • Anticipate needs and proactively address tasks before they arise
    • Coordinate appointments, services, errands, and time-sensitive requests
    • Serve as a trusted point of contact with vendors, service providers, and external parties
    • Assist with domestic and international travel coordination as needed
    • Maintain clear, professional communication across all channels
    • Handle confidential and sensitive matters with the highest level of discretion
    • Adapt quickly to last-minute changes and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment

    Qualifications

    • Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar support role
    • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
    • High emotional intelligence and situational awareness
    • Flexible schedule with willingness to be available as needed
    • Proficiency with modern technology, scheduling tools, and mobile devices
    • Willingness and ability to travel as required
