    Personal Assistant (Independent Contractor - Part-Time with Potential for Full-Time)

    Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Personal Assistant to join our team as an independent contractor. This position will start part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing calendars, coordinating meetings and events, running errands, and supporting social media and administrative tasks. You must be comfortable wearing many hats and working closely with company staff, assistants, and family members to keep both personal and professional operations running smoothly.

    Responsibilities:

    Maintain and manage an accurate personal and professional calendar

    Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, dinners, and events

    Answer, screen, and route calls professionally

    Run errands and complete personal and business tasks as needed

    Order essential and non-essential supplies

    Assist with basic social media management (posting, content scheduling, engagement)

    Draft emails, communications, and other administrative tasks

    Work closely with internal team members and family contacts to ensure seamless operations

    Qualifications:

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

    Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)

    Ability to work independently and within a team environment

    Professionalism, discretion, and reliability are essential

    Strong computer skills are required

    Experience with social media management tools is a plus

    Details:

    Independent Contractor position (must manage own taxes and business filings)

    Part-Time to start, with the potential for Full-Time based on performance and needs

    Flexible hours, but must be responsive during agreed-upon working hours
