Sphirea Plus is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support executive-level operations in our Jersey City office. The ideal candidate will manage a range of administrative and personal tasks, helping to ensure our executives can focus on their strategic responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Manage executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence with high attention to detail
Handle confidential documents and information with discretion
Assist with personal errands, reservations, and other lifestyle management tasks
Coordinate events, meetings, and logistics as needed
Monitor incoming emails and communications; respond or flag as appropriate
Provide day-to-day administrative support and ensure smooth office operations
Liaise with internal departments and external partners professionally and efficiently
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Ability to work independently and anticipate needs
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
