About the Role:

Responsibilities:
Manage daily schedules and appointments for team members.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations for meetings.
Handle correspondence and communication with clients and vendors.
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members.
Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized and accessible.
Support office operations by managing supplies and inventory.
Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and team members.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
High school diploma required; additional qualifications are a plus.
Positive attitude and a passion for helping others succeed.
