  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to support a busy family with a variety of day-to-day responsibilities. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent judgment, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. No two days will be exactly the same. This is more of a personal and family assistant role to the firm's two principals, versus a business role or role within a law firm. Responsibilities: • Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling. • Monitor email and assist with correspondence and follow-up. • Coordinate personal and family errands. • Pick up and drop off children and assist with transportation as needed. • Pick up and deliver packages, purchases, documents, and other items. • Coordinate with service providers, contractors, and household vendors. • Assist with travel planning and reservations. • Help organize family activities and appointments. • Provide general administrative and personal support as needs arise. Qualifications: • Valid driver's licence and clean driving record. • We will provide a vehicle; however, you must be willing to drive as part of the role. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong communication skills and attention to detail. • Comfortable using email, calendars, smartphones, and common productivity software. • Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment. • Dependable, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
