Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Create and maintain organization systems – tidy, declutter, and keep things running efficiently • Plan weekly errands – to assist the owner with weekly tasks • Manage maintenance and tasks – schedules, errands, and seasonal organization • Coordinate and prep for business and personal travel – including packing, checklists, and travel logistics • Support events and workshops – organize materials, prep supplies, coordinate on-site needs, and assist with setup • Help manage in-person meetings – including scheduling, space setup, refreshments, and follow-up needs • Run errands – dry cleaning, post office, appointments, returns, etc. • Anticipate needs and bring fresh ideas to simplify life and save time Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • An organized, detail-oriented self-starter who thrives on bringing order to complexity • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset – you’re two steps ahead • Comfort with both household and light business support tasks • Tech-savvy enough to manage calendars, shared lists, online orders, and light admin • Discreet, dependable, positive, and kind – someone who enjoys being of service • Reliable transportation, motor vehicle insurance, and a valid driver’s license Compensation: $20 - $22 per hour plus performance based bonuses
