Description:
Growing company is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day support in managing business and administrative needs. Must be highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to work independently while keeping tasks and priorities on track. Looking for someone that would be available as needed.
Responsibilities:
\- Manage and coordinate calendar, scheduling, and appointments
\- Organize and monitor emails; draft/respond as needed
\- Handle bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks in QuickBooks
\- Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and trackers in Excel
\- Support daily admin operations and personal tasks
\- Assist with travel planning, online research, and vendor/client coordination
\- Follow up on deadlines and keep projects moving
Qualifications:
\- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
\- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
\- Excellent communication skills
\- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
\- Self-starter
