We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive leadership and daily operations. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. You will play a key role in keeping our team focused, prepared, and operating efficiently.
Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
Coordinate internal and external communications and scheduling
Handle confidential information with discretion
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
Assist with day-to-day office operations and errands as needed
Monitor and prioritize emails and phone communications
Maintain organized files and documents, both digital and physical
Support special projects and company events
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Discretion and confidentiality are a must
Ability to work independently and proactively
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
